Annual Day 2018-19 (23/12/2018)
Ram Ratna Vidya Mandir celebrated its 22nd Annual Day on 23rd December in the newly constructed auditorium . The theme of the programme was “Jeevan Ka Vikas Naitik Mulyon Ke Sath”. The theme was chosen as per the concept of our institution to promote the rich cultural heritage and integrate it with modern education while sticking to the Indian value system so that our students develop into a complete and balanced personality of their own. The function started at 5:30 pm with the lighting of the lamp and Saraswati pujan. After that our choir group gave a melodious performance which was highly appreciated by all the audience present there. It was followed by the felicitation of the guests – our school chairman Shri Sharad Bansal, VMC member Shri. Vijay Khole, treasurer of UVLSS Mr. Ajay Singhal and RRIS Principal Dr. Jaya Parekh . The Annual School report was presented by one of our PTA members Mrs. Kalpana Patel after the welcome address by our Principal Mrs. Kavita Singh. After that prize distribution started in which all the board toppers and merit holders got the prizes. National level winner of drawing competition Mst. Bharat Purohit was also felicitated. At the end of the prize distribution Sameer house won the overall winner trophy in CCA and Pawak House won runner up trophy. The cultural events started with an energetic dance performance on Devi prayer song “Aai Ambe Jagdambe”. After this, we entered into our theme which was introduced through cultural blend of dances of different Indian states to show cultural acceptance as one of the values. This was followed by various skit and dance performances showing the values of love towards parents, respect for others, humanity, hard work, faith in God, forgiveness, responsibility towards nature and in all the importance of moral values in life. This was followed by closing ceremony dance performance by Guests,teachers and all staff members. As per the vision of RRVM, we strive to develop socially conscious Bhartiya citizens who can provide enlightened leadership in walks of life. The theme of this annual day would surely have helped convey the same to the audience as well.
