Rajasthan, the land of Maharajas, is famous for its rich culture. On 9th February, the day was celebrated in the savor of Rajasthani culture. The day began with the rejuvenating assembly, where in the students spoke in Marwari accent. The power point was shown in which complete information was provided about Rajasthan state. It is a cheerful state that celebrates its vibrant culture through an array of folk music and folk dance. Everyone got an opportunity to enjoy the folk dance and music performed by both students and teachers. The day was enjoyed with Rajasthani cuisine like Mirchi Bada, Kachori, Daal, Bati, Churma, Ker-Sangri, Dahi Bada, and many mouth watering dishes. Such celebration brings students closer to traditional and cultural belief. A close bond is built between the students as they understand each other’s different customs. Being a diverse country, the students need to know what each festival means, and it is only through this celebration the students will get to know about our country.
